out there. Used the steak seasoning on some ribeyes, wow was that stuff
good! Used the smokin' rub to make some delicious, tender, fall off the
bone ribs that lasted about 30 seconds in my house! And definitely don't
overlook the lip smackin' sauce, that stuff is delicious! thanks

Take a 3 lb Beef Eye of Round
roast Preheat your oven to 450 Degs Rub the Steak Seasoning
LIBERALLY all over the roast Roast the beef for 25 minutes at
450 TURN OFF THE HEAT AND DON'T OPEN THE OVEN DOOR FOR 40
MINUTES! Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes Slice thin and

they know you can't live without it, they know you will come back to the

look for more of their products. Once that happens.....it's too late. Now
I just order my favorites in the 32oz size jugs to feed my addiction that
way. Believe me, it's easier on everybody that way. I've
used Wizzy's SmokinRub on everything now from ribs to scrambled eggs
and believe me when I say that this is good on ice
cream too! Well.....OK, maybe not ice cream, but you get the

bought the sampler pack of all flavors, and it came in the mail today...I

So.......a bit of history to the event.........(sorry if it's too
long... don't mean to bore you)....
I did some thick pork ribs about 1" or so. First off, I rubbed them
down with your rub, and then put them in my vacuum dish where the rub
could really penetrate ( I love the vacuum cannisters). After letting them
suck in the rub for a day and a half, I slow grilled them during a
wonderful and sunny Kentucky afternoon. About 3/4 of the way done, I
started basting them with the lip smacking sauce. I didn't over do it,
just a nice even coat during that cycle.
My wife, who is the most picky pork taster of the planet loved them. Of
course they knocked me down - great. Extra juicy and full of solid flavor.
Our dogs were making a scene around the table. I really love the sauce,
especially used in conjunction with the rub. I found if you balance it and
not overdo either, it's a truly wonderful balance.
So, tomorrow, it's chicken breasts, but in this case I think I'll
slather them with much more of the lip smackin' sauce than the pork.
You really have a winner. In fact I could probably drink the sauce
without any other food, but that's probably not a very bright idea. I
appreciate your follow up, and you can expect to see me as a regular
customer. Of course I'll have to try some of your other stuff, but that is
primarily for me, as the wife isn't too experimental, especially when it
comes to more spicy things (which I like). I travel to Mexico quite a bit
for work, so I've developed a real liking for spicy (not blinding hot for
the sake of hot) tasteful food. Thanks again, and best wishes.
